Fructo-oligosaccharides, or FOS, are short sugar chains used as a soluble fiber ingredient. Pectin is a plant-derived ingredient that helps the gummy set and gives it a chewy texture.
Flavoring gives these gummies their blueberry taste. Citric acid and sodium citrate help balance acidity. Sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate help slow spoilage. The formula also includes monk fruit extract.
