Shipping Policy

We currently ship orders within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Order processing time is typically 1 to 2 business days after your order is placed. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or US federal holidays. During peak periods, processing may take longer.

Once your order ships, delivery time depends on the carrier and service selected at checkout. Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We provide tracking information by email as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after the label is created.

HealthVeda is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, service disruptions, customs or security processes, or other events outside our control. If your package is delayed, we will do our best to help you work with the carrier using the tracking details.

Delivery is made to the shipping address provided at checkout. Please review your address carefully before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or misdelivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check around your delivery location and confirm with household members or building management. If you still cannot locate the package, contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan so we can assist with a carrier inquiry.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the outer box, inner packaging, and the product. We will review the claim and help resolve it according to our replacement or refund policy.

Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address shown in your order confirmation, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Payment is processed securely at checkout through Shopify’s payment services. We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods displayed during checkout.
