Return & Refund Policy
At HealthVeda, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14 day return policy under the terms outlined below. This policy applies to purchases made directly on our website. If you purchased from a third party retailer or marketplace, their return rules apply and you will need to contact them directly.
Important note for wellness products
Because our products are ingestible and intended for personal use, we follow strict health and hygiene standards. For safety reasons, any product that has been opened, used, or partially consumed is not eligible for return or refund, except where required by applicable law.
Return window
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date shown by the carrier tracking information.
- Return requests received after the 14 day window may be denied, except where required by law.
Eligibility requirements
To be eligible for a return, the product must meet all of the following conditions:
- Unopened and unused.
- In its original, sealed packaging with all original components included.
- Free of damage, markings, or tampering.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase from our website, such as an order number or receipt.
Items that are not eligible for return or refund
- Opened, used, or partially consumed products, including any gummies that are missing from the bottle or pouch.
- Products with seals broken, packaging opened, or any signs of tampering.
- Products returned without the original packaging and included materials.
- Clearance items, promotional items, and discounted items, except where the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, or where required by law.
- Gift cards and store credit.
- Any free gifts, bundled promotional items, or add ons included with the order, unless returned together as part of the qualifying return and in unused condition.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include clear photos showing:
- The product received.
- The outer shipping box or mailer.
- Any visible damage to packaging.
- The shipping label with tracking details.
- Your order number.
If we confirm that the item was damaged in transit, defective, or incorrectly shipped, we will, at our discretion and as permitted by law, arrange a replacement or issue a refund. We may require the item to be returned before a replacement or refund is issued, and we may provide a prepaid return label when the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility.
How to initiate a return
To request a return, email us at support@myhealthveda.com with the information below:
- Your order number.
- The item name and quantity you want to return.
- The reason for the return.
- Photos, if applicable, especially for shipping damage or incorrect items.
If your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions, including where to send the item. Do not send products back without authorization, as unauthorized returns may be rejected and may not be eligible for a refund.
Return shipping and handling
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Shipping charges, delivery fees, and any optional services such as expedited shipping are non refundable, except where required by law.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method. HealthVeda is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.
Condition inspection and right to refuse
All returned items are inspected upon receipt. We reserve the right, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to refuse returns or reduce refunds if the returned item does not meet eligibility requirements, shows signs of use, is opened, is missing components, or appears tampered with. If a return is rejected, we may, where permitted and feasible, ship the item back to you at your cost.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Refund processing begins after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the refund to be processed after inspection. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
- Refunds are limited to the purchase price paid for the returned item, excluding shipping charges and non refundable fees, except where required by law.
- If taxes were collected, they will be refunded as required by applicable tax rules once the return is approved.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If your item is eligible for return, you may request a return within the timeframe above and place a new order separately. If your order arrived incorrect or defective, we will work with you to replace it as described in the damaged, defective, or incorrect items section.
Order cancellations and address accuracy
- Orders can be canceled only before shipment. Once an order has shipped, it falls under this return policy.
- Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly provided address.
- If a package is marked delivered by the carrier but is missing due to theft or circumstances outside our control, we may assist you with filing a carrier claim, but refunds or replacements are not guaranteed except where required by law.
Chargebacks and payment disputes
If you have an issue with your order, please contact support@myhealthveda.com before initiating a payment dispute. We will work with you to resolve concerns in line with this policy. Fraudulent or abusive return activity may result in refusal of service, cancellation of orders, or other remedies as permitted by law.
Consumer rights and legal notices
This policy is intended to comply with applicable United States consumer protection and ecommerce requirements. Some states provide additional rights or do not allow certain limitations. In those cases, the relevant parts of this policy will apply only to the extent permitted by law, and your statutory rights are not affected.
